1.6M MIXER
The 1.6M self-propelled concrete mixer is a specialised construction machine that fully solves the problem of mixing and transporting ready-mix concrete on medium and large sites, rural roads, irrigation canals or areas that large concrete trucks cannot reach.
Outstanding advantages :
- Very high working output: With a large mixing drum, the machine quickly supplies the fresh concrete needed for slab pours and new rural road works.
- Solid mechanical structure: The entire chassis is made of thick U-section structural steel. The mixing drum base is 10 mm thick, multiplying machine life compared with ordinary home-built machines.
- Safe operating system: A vacuum-assisted hydraulic brake system gives absolute safety on descents or under heavy load. A lighting system supports effective night-time work.
Routine maintenance guide
To keep the machine durable and performing at its best, please note:
1. Clean the inside of the mixing drum and any dirt on the outside immediately after every shift to prevent hardened concrete build-up.
2. Check the engine oil and coolant of the diesel engine regularly before starting.
3. Grease the axle shaft nipples, drive chain and rotating joints frequently to keep the machine running smoothly.
