Introducing the TB 8.6 hydraulic brick press (fully automatic PLC)

The TB 8.6 hydraulic brick press is a leap up to industrial scale, fully automated by PLC programming with closed-loop pallet loading and transfer technology.

1. Equipment configuration

Ultra-powerful press head: Moulds of 24 – 32 bricks per cycle, with 4 vibrators, a 65 cc/rev hydraulic pump and a high-capacity hydraulic press cylinder system.
Automated brick pallets: Equipped with a batching feeder, an automatic pallet loader and a pallet transfer and lifting machine.
Mixing plant system: Raw batching silo chute, 1.6 m mixer (11 kW), 7 m conveyor. Optional upgrades: a 60-tonne cement silo, electronic scale and 7 m³ sand and stone hopper.
Control: A central PLC cabinet with 100% automation, a secondary cabinet for the mixing plant and 3 brick drying carts.

2. Operating output

24-brick / 32-brick mould: 15,000 – 25,000 bricks/day.
44-brick / 55-brick mould: 30,000 – 40,000 bricks/day.
Labour: 04 workers.

Assessment: Ultra-powerful hydraulic pressing combined with PLC control gives the TB 8.6 a “massive” output of up to 40,000 bricks per day, perfectly covering the material volumes of very large construction projects.
