Introducing the TB 8.5 non-fired brick making machine (semi-automatic)

The TB 8.5 non-fired brick making machine is a semi-automatic line solution fine-tuned to strike a perfect balance between investment cost, safety and pressing performance.

1. Equipment configuration

Main press head: Moulds from 8 – 21 bricks per cycle, with an ultra-powerful 5-vibrator system for dense, solid bricks.
Material distribution system: Including 01 storage hopper that batch-feeds the moulds automatically, a storage lift chute and a feed conveyor (5 m x 0.5 m).
Aggregate mixer: Size 1.5 m, 7.5 kW motor (capacity 0.4 m³).
Control system: Including 02 semi-automatic control cabinets with a safe, easy-to-use design and 02 purpose-built brick drying carts.

2. Operating output

8 – 12 brick mould: Up to 8,000 bricks / day.
