Introducing the TB 8.1+ non-fired brick making machine
The TB 8.1+ non-fired brick making machine (weighing 1,850 kg) is a comprehensively upgraded version, notable for its twin vibration system and automatic feeding mechanism, optimising both output and brick quality.
1. Equipment configuration The TB 8.1+ has a solid frame and a powerful configuration comprising:
- Main press head: Flexible moulds from 8 – 21 bricks per cycle. The biggest improvement is the ultra-powerful 5-vibrator system (3 mechanical vibrators and 1 sound-vibration unit with 2 vibrators & 1 independent motor), combined with 1 drive motor and 1 gearbox. This multi-directional vibration force presses bricks extremely densely and solidly.
- Aggregate mixer: Upgraded to 1.5 m in diameter with a 7.5 kW motor and aggregate capacity up to 0.4 m³.
- Material feed winch: A mechanism that feeds raw material into the mixer automatically, sharply reducing manual work in the workshop.
- Support systems: Including 01 safe industrial control cabinet and 02 purpose-built hand carts for drying bricks.
2. Operating output The machine delivers outstanding output in a standard shift (8 hours):
- 8 – 12 brick mould: Output of 4,000 bricks/day.
- 21-brick mould: Output jumps to 8,000 bricks/day.
- Labour: Despite the high output, the whole line still needs only 03 workers to keep running, thanks to the automatic winch system.
- Note: Brick moulds are designed flexibly to the standard sizes required in each region.
Assessment: With a perfect combination of 5 compacting vibrators and an automatic material feed winch, the TB 8.1+ is an extremely worthwhile upgrade, letting a production site jump to 8,000 bricks per day without increasing labour costs.
