Background & Challenges

Before the project, the producer in Lạng Sơn mainly used manual methods or older machinery, resulting in low output, high waste and a failure to meet the market's increasingly strict technical standards. Moving to modern hydraulic press technology was urgently needed to stay competitive.

Project Objectives

• Raise productivity: Reaching 10,000 to 15,000 standard bricks per shift.
• Optimise costs: Minimise direct labour thanks to an excellent semi-automatic operating system.
• Guarantee quality: Finished bricks achieve high compaction, consistent dimensions and outstanding durability under current construction standards.

Solution & Implementation Process

The technical team surveyed the site, designed the machine foundation system and installed the complete Thanh Bằng hydraulic brick press line, comprising:

• A main press system with high-force hydraulic cylinders for durable operation.
• A high-capacity raw material mixing system (cement, sand, stone dust, water).
• An automatic feed conveyor and an intelligent finished-brick pallet system.
