TB8.5+ non-fired brick production line – the optimal semi-automatic solution

Detailed system description: The TB8.5+ line is a semi-automatic non-fired brick production system designed to minimise manual labour. At its heart is a press head with an ultra-powerful 5-vibrator system (moulds from 8 to 21 bricks), paired with a sound-vibration unit and a separate drive motor.

To partly automate the process, the TB8.5+ includes a complete feeding system comprising:

A 3 m³ material hopper that feeds the mixer automatically.
A raw material conveyor (4 m x 0.5 m) and a mixed material conveyor (5 m x 0.5 m).
A large mixer 1.5 m in diameter with a 7.5 kW motor (aggregate capacity 0.4 m³).
A storage hopper that distributes and batches material precisely into the brick moulds.

The system is run from 2 semi-automatic control cabinets and requires a crew of 4 workers. Output reaches 8,000 bricks/day (with 8-12 brick moulds) and up to 10,000 bricks/day (with 21-brick moulds).

Assessment & applications: The TB8.5+ is an extremely smart investment for mid-sized production workshops. A full hopper, high-capacity mixer and material conveyor system remove much of the heavy manual work. The machine strikes a perfect balance: the investment is far lower than a fully automatic line, yet it still delivers 10,000 bricks per day – enough to supply small and medium construction projects in the region continuously.
