The TB8.3 non-fired brick machine – a low-capital start-up choice with fast returns

Detailed system description: The TB8.3 has a very streamlined design focused on compactness and ease of operation. It uses a basic 3-vibrator press head with 1 drive motor and a GT10 reduction gearbox, controlled centrally from 1 industrial control cabinet.

Material feeding is handled by:

An aggregate mixer 1.2 m in diameter with a 5.5 kW motor.
A feed conveyor 3 m long and 0.5 m wide (with a geared motor).

The system needs only 3 operators per shift (8 hours) plus the 2 brick drying carts supplied. Depending on the mould, output ranges from 3,000 bricks/shift (6-brick, 3-hole mould) to 6,000 bricks/shift (10-brick, 2-hole mould).
