Equipment configuration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ultra-powerful press head:<\/strong> Moulds of 24 \u2013 32 bricks per cycle, with 4 vibrators, a 65 cc\/rev hydraulic pump and a high-capacity hydraulic press cylinder system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automated brick pallets:<\/strong> Equipped with a batching feeder, an automatic pallet loader and a pallet transfer and lifting machine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mixing plant system:<\/strong> Raw batching silo chute, 1.6 m mixer (11 kW), 7 m conveyor. Optional upgrades: a 60-tonne cement silo, electronic scale and 7 m\u00b3 sand and stone hopper.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Control:<\/strong> A central PLC cabinet with 100% automation, a secondary cabinet for the mixing plant and 3 brick drying carts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.
